This pump does exactly what the Precision air does. It blows up two balloons – to the same size and Fast ! It has a split second timer and speed adjustment knob. This is a cheap plastic pump though and would not suit the rigours of a full time decorator. For a twister that does columns once in a while, bases for jumbos, the odd archway, lots of table centrepieces etc – This is the toy for you.
