Walking Pet Balloons

These are an assortment of plastic or foil balloons – ranging from 18 to 28 inches in size. When inflated with Helium the cardboard feet keep the balloon on the ground and a ribbon is attached to pull the pet along. Kids absolutely love playing with these.
